Great attendance is key to success in the Academy.  As such, we recognise and reward good to great attendance.  We also recognise improvements in attendance and punctuality.  Here’s a summary of our rewards and recognition programme.

• • Students with 100% weekly attendance get a raffle ticket for a prize draw.

  • Students can earn rewards by completing Attendance Report Cards.

  • Students can earn rewards by successfully completing an Attendance Improvement Plan.

  • The tutor group in each year group with the highest attendance wins a prize.

Half-Termly Rewards

• • Students with perfect attendance throughout a half term are publicly recognised and rewarded.

  • Students with perfect attendance throughout a half term will receive five raffle tickets for the "In It To Win It" reward and 25 positive behaviour points.

  • Every student in each year group with perfect attendance in the final week of a term is entered into a prize draw for an Amazon voucher.

Annual Rewards

• • Students with perfect attendance are publicly celebrated on the "Firth Park All-Stars" display and receive a group reward.

Additional Information

• • Positive behaviour points are awarded to students to recognise and reward good to great attendance.

  • Parents/carers are informed about their child's attendance through postcards, phone calls, and assemblies.

  • "Attendance Booster Weeks" are sometimes implemented, which feature themed incentives to encourage good attendance.
